Martin’s Artist Showcase
We look forward to the day that public art will be prioritized as much as new films and album releases. Public art continues to revive our spirits on a daily basis, and with our state facing the year its had with tornadoes, sickness, and business closings, our citizens need revived more than ever. Martin’s Coffee and Bakery strives to serve our community by being both the local watering hole and a safe space where people can work on their craft. Our little "one wall gallery" is our way of bringing art to the people by making it more accessible to the everyman. Our small town is home to several schools and a university where youth are learning and growing every day. It’s our responsibility as a local gathering place to encourage their journeys of individual growth and betterment. Art teaches. So let’s all continue to learn, grow, and celebrate.
ELIGIBILITY and CONDITIONS
Work must be original, and created within the last three years, not any inappropriate or controversial media.
Work must be in good condition and gallery-ready.
Shop receives 20% of commission for artist selling work
Artist must independently come in and display art to a professional level. This includes having name tags for each work and being in condition for gallery display.
