For cold brew concentrate

Step 1

Plug the bottom of the coffee bowl by inserting the rubber stopper

Step 2

Ensure the Filtron pad and fit it snug in the bottom of the coffee bowl. The center will form a dome when placed correctly.

Step 3

Measure 12 oz (1/2 pound) of coffee ground to a coarse grind, similar to the consistency of bread crumbs.

Step 4

Pour the grounds directly into the coffee bowl and shake it to flatten the coffee bed.

Step 5

Place the coffee guard over the coffee grounds to help evenly distribute the water by keeping the coffee bed flat throughout the brewing process.

Step 6

Pour 56 ounces of water for 12 oz of coffee to the 3/4 line inside the Filtron water bowl.

Step 7

Allow your grounds to brew for 12 to 24 hours, and store it in your refrigerator.

Step 8

Remove the coffee bowl and set it on top of your decanter. Slowly pull out the stopper over the decanter and set it on top to drain . This should take 30-45 minutes

Step 8

Serve with a ratio of one part concentrate for two parts water. Store the concentrate in your fridge for up to 10 days.
