Step 1

Place filter over stem hole

Step 2

Add coffee or tea grounds

Step 3

Add water to coffee (or tea) grounds

Step 4

Brew with a Quad jet torch and stir. The temperature should get to 185°F.

Step 5

Wait for the coffee to cool to 140°F before adding sugar and milk if desired.

Step 6

Blow air in to the stem to make bubbles. Use the stem as a straw to enjoy your coffee!
