Step 1

Measure out 2 tablespoons of medium-fine ground coffee and place the metal filter on the top of your SoftBrew. Pour in your ground coffee.

Step 2

Pour water over the bed of grounds to saturate the entire bed. All of the grounds should be covered.

Step 3

Leave your coffee to brew for at least 4 minutes for a hot cup of coffee, and leave it over night to use it as cold brew.

Step 4

Remove the filter, empty it, and serve your fresh brew with cream and sugar.
